Spy Shop Super Center, LLC is a responsible provider of surveillance equipment and novelty items. We ask that each and every one of our customers respect the rights of others and conduct themselves within the legal parameters of federal, state, county, city and any and all other laws at all times.

We do not sell items so others can invade and infringe on the personal rights of others. We do not sell bugs or transmitters such as the "Infinity Transmitter." Let's be reasonable, baby monitors can and are often times used as surveillance tools by the trained and untrained. It is not necessarily the item being used but rather, the intent.

As with any other purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility not the sellers to ascertain and obey all the applicable Federal, State and Local laws governing the purchase, possession and use of any of our items. Consult your local laws before ordering any of our Spy Shop items. Once you have placed an Order, the buyer agrees that any and all items purchased from our site will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age to purchase and/or own such items.

For foreign orders being shipped outside the USA. The buyer will need to determine if the product being ordered is legal and if it can be lawfully imported into your country. We are not responsible for any import sales tax, other sales tax, import confiscation or other problems associated with getting your product into your country. We will not refund any portion of your money if it is confiscated. You are solely responsible for any and all costs associated with getting the item ort items into your country. NOT US!

We also reserve the right to change pricing or shipment fees without notice. This may be a very rare occurrence but we must have the ability to do so.

By placing an order with us and by any means, obtaining any product or item from our web site, you (the buyer) agrees to the facts that:

1. It is legal to possess and use the items being purchased from us in your community, state, country or planet.
2. You have contacted any local, state, federal or other applicable authorities where necessary and are acting in a lawful manner regarding this and any other purchase from our Spy Shop and anyone affiliated with Spy Shop Super Center, LLC
3. Any and all products will be used for legal purposes only.
4. The buyer is old enough to purchase, own and/or use any of the products.
5. You have read and understand all the information contained in this disclaimer. Further, you agree that Spy Shop Super Center, Inc and anyone affiliated with us in any way has no control over the use of any product being ordered. The buyer also agrees that under no circumstances will they hold Spy Shop Super Center, LLC or our spy shop or any of our representatives or associates liable or responsible for any and all circumstances arising out of the use or misuse of our products or services.

In the unfortunate event we find ourselves dealing with a bone-head, idiot, or butt-head who violates any or all of the above, the buyer agrees to reimburse Spy Shop Super Center, Inc for any and all reasonable legal expenses required to endure legal representation.

P.S. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason what-so-ever! Please don't take offense to this but we have had so many losers and jerks try to stick it to us we have to protect ourselves somehow. This will only pertain to about 1 tenth of a percent anyway but, when they come knocking we can say, "Move Out."
